My Summer Adventures: Part 1, Arkansas and Kansas

This summer, I took a month off for travel. I visited a few national parks and logged about 6000 miles of driving. Here are some pictures from my trip. The first stop was Hot Springs, Arkansas. The National Park is in the center of town and is free of charge.

After a couple days in Hot Springs, we were back on the road.

Stopped at Fort Larned, Kansas; A very well preserved army post from the 1860’s. It is not far off of Interstate 40 and is well worth a visit if you are passing through.

Then it was back on the road and on to Coloarado.
